Jenny and Jack began meeting every evening, their connection deepening with each encounter. Jack, ever curious, would playfully ask her, “Who is your crush?” Each time, Jenny’s heart would race as she struggled to keep her feelings for him a secret. Their evenings often led them to the riverfront, a peaceful place where they shared the ups and downs of their lives, growing closer with every conversation.

In the evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, they made their way to the riverfront around 7 o’clock. After a leisurely stroll, they found a quiet spot in the middle of a garden. Jack, feeling the comfort of Jenny’s presence, laid his head on her lap, his face resting close to her waist. As he drifted into sleep, Jenny’s emotions swirled within her, difficult to contain but still carefully hidden. She couldn’t help but wonder, “Does Jack feel the same way I do?”

As Jack lay there, he suddenly asked, “Why do you always come with me?” The question caught Jenny off guard. Her mind raced, searching for the right words, but the truth was too raw, too vulnerable to share. She skipped over the question, letting it hang in the air unanswered.

Their walk home was long, but neither of them minded. Each step brought them closer together…
