You know, periods… they’re not just a simple thing that happens every month. It’s not like we just get on with it, acting like it’s no big deal. It’s painful, and it’s something that can take over every aspect of your body and mind. The first thing that hits is that stomach pain — it’s like someone decided to punch you from the inside out, twisting and pulling at everything. And then, just when you think you can catch a break, the back pain kicks in, deep, aching, as if your spine is being bent the wrong way. It’s not just annoying; it’s draining, it steals the energy right from your bones.

And then, my legs — oh my god, my legs! It’s like the muscles are screaming to get out of my body, but they can’t. I just want to curl up and not move. But, of course, life doesn’t stop just because your body feels like it’s been through a war. The body pain — it’s everywhere, constant, relentless. Every part of me feels heavy, as if gravity is pulling harder than usual, and I’m sinking. It’s like being trapped in a body that doesn’t want to function the way it’s supposed to.

Don’t even get me started on mood swings. One second, I’m crying over a random commercial, and the next, I could snap at anyone who…
